TIRZ adds new investment opportunity in Little Elm
The Project Plans and Financing Plans for two Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones have been approved by the Little Elm Economic Development Corporation, the Town Council, TIRZ #1 Board of Directors, TIRZ#2 Board of Directors and the Little Elm Redevelopment Authority.
These zones are used as a catalyst for development by providing for the use of tax incremental revenues to reimburse infrastructure costs associated with private development projects. Both ad valorem and sales tax incremental revenues may be utilized in these two zones.
